This is my last post about Disney and I promise to not talk about it anymore. ha! If you follow me on instagram (or if you don't) (@mrskellystamps) - I have highlights that have my Disney Stories and a Disney Q&A where I answer questions if you are interested!
Our last day at Disney was at Magic Kingdom. It was overcast and cooler which was so great!
We got to the park early so we took advantage of the photographers and took several pictures in front of the castle. BTW - the Memory Maker is TOTALLY worth it but you need to make it work for you!
We had reservations for breakfast at Be Our Guest. This is a great quick service meal but you need to make reservations. We initially made early reservations so we could get to the park early and be on rides early (which is a great strategy) but then they made early hours for while we were there. But we still were able to ride things early.
We loved breakfast there. There are no characters in the morning but it's good and fun to eat in the Beast castle.
We had a great time!
After that we went next door to Enchanted Tales with Belle. This is so great because the kids all get to interact and be part of the story and get a picture with Belle.
We had a fast pass for Seven Dwarfs Mine Train which I love.
Harper really wanted to meet the Mermaid again and the line was short in the morning so we went there next.
My favorite Disney character is Mary Poppins. I looked for her in Epcot and never found her. Then we just happened to find her in Liberty Square and I was SO excited. She was perfectly in character!
We skipped lunch that day and just used up the rest of our snack credits. Vacation is for sweet treats!
I love how Disney decorates for fall!
We took in a quick show at the castle between rides and character meets. We had a low key day and just rode anything with short waits or that we had fast passes for.
We had a fast pass to meet Mickey and that was totally worth it!
We also had a fast pass for Peter Pan which is a favorite!
Don't let Hollis' face fool you - we love the people mover!
And a Dole Whip!
If you know me in real life - this will likely be our Christmas card picture! ha!
I had never been on Jungle Cruise so I insisted. Will Holden's face kind of sums up how we felt about it but I needed to cross it off my list.
We went to the park on a Halloween Party Day so we had to leave by 6. The park crowd was semi low during the day thankfully but around 4 when the Party guests could get in - it started getting BUSY so we were ready to leave.
We hopped on the monorail and went to the Polynesian. WE love it there!
All day long I looked forward to dinner at Ohana. It's such a favorite meal and we got a great table right by the window. Our service was not the best and the food wasn't as great as it had been before but we still really liked it.
The kids had gift cards from their grandparents. Harper spent all week picking out a backpack she wanted. She ended up getting it at our hotel gift shop.
The next morning a huge storm came through. It was POURING. We put on ponchos and went and ate breakfast at the resort and then packed up to leave.
Ready to leave after a wonderful week!
We had a great week! I'm sad it's over and ready to plan another trip......in a year or two!
