This is how I looked 14 years ago. Newly married and about 50 pounds ago.
Then I went on fertility drugs, had 3 babies, turned 45 and my metabolism has completely died.
And if you know me well - you know I have been trying for a long time to lose weight with no success. I have tried EVERYTHING.
I HATE how I look right now. I hate how clothes fit. I hate how I feel. I've tried keto. I've tried weight watchers. I've tried lots of different things and nothing seems to work for me.
And it's not just about how I look. My family is prone to diabetes mid life and I'm worried that will be me. I have foot pain and joint pain that I know is as much about the extra weight I'm carrying around as my age. I worry about my heart health. I know a lot of people my age who have had heart attacks and strokes. And I want to stay young and healthy for the kids.
I've watched a few people on social media try Faster Way to Fat Loss and it's been working for them so I've decided I'm going to go for it. I want to make this my summer of change.
It's a 6 week program but I know it's going to take more than 6 weeks for me to really lose the weight I want AND make a lifestyle change. It's all about changing how you eat. This program involves intermittent fasting and carb cycling and macros. They also provide workouts. I don't know much about any of it but I'm going to learn. And they coach you and encourage you all along the way. I have a coach Amberley and she's already been SUPER helpful! She and I would love to answer any questions you might have!
A new cycle starts in a couple of weeks and I'm jumping in and I'd LOVE for you to join me!!! WE can do this together! They would put us in a facebook group - just us! So we could keep each other accountable (and I need that!) and also cheer each other on! Wouldn't that be fun??? I'm better when I'm not alone. I tend to quit things on my own.
The cost is $199 which I know is a lot BUT I have worked with a local weight loss clinic that cost a lot more than that and they also had me on expensive shakes and supplements and I didn't get the results I've seen people have with Faster Way. And I'm willing to make an investment in my health and get my old self back! I miss being able to wear cute clothes and not feel tired all the time.
My goal is to lose quite a bit by the time I go to Disney World in October. I want to wear something cute and not be dying as I walk 12 miles a day. What is your goal???
