So who made new years resolutions that involved getting healthier????
I wanted to let you know that Wal-Mart and Sam's have teamed up to help you with FREE health screenings on JANUARY 14TH!!!
At Walmart from 10-2 at more than 4600 locations (so pretty much all of them) - you can get free blood glucose screenings, free blood pressure, and vision screenings. You can also get body fat and body mass index tested.
And there will be FREE product sampling!
At Sam's from 11-4 in 618 locations - they will be doing the same (as well as hearing tests in certain locations). And you don't have to be a member - it's open to the public.
They will also be offering immunization by licensed pharmacists at both locations!
So take your families this week and go!!! and grab some healthy food while you are there! (Outside circle of the store - don't go on the inside!)
