Show us your life - health/workout tips

So bathing suit season is just around the corner...........EEK! Or even just shorts season. That sends a terror down my spine after hiding in lots of layers all winter.

So what are your best workout/health/weight loss tips????

I wish I could offer some great ones but I'm not there right now.  I need to write a post some time about Scott's weight loss (if he will let me).  He has recently lost about 45 lbs.  Mostly through really healthy eating.  I wish I could say the same for me but I'm not good with dieting. I love food too much. But I have been trying to watch what I eat some.

And I joined the gym.  Right now I mostly do the elliptical or treadmill for about 45 mintues.  I need to start adding in weights and I will probably start going back to Zumba soon also.

When I want to lose weight and can really put my mind to it - I use the My Fitness Pal App and track everything thing I eat.  That will blow your mind if you have never counted calories before.

What do you do? What are your favorite exercise or diet plans????
