Harper had her VERY first homework assignment! So exciting! They are studying triangles at MDO and she had to decorate one that they are going to use to make a classroom turkey. They said to use a family picture and stickers or whatever.
So we spent a little time doing that! Little sister looked on and supervised.
I can't believe I leave for Ecuador in four days! I'm so excited. We have been working since this summer to get a will done and our affairs in order including getting life insurance for both of us. Yesterday we signed both my life insurance papers and our will. It had nothing to do with me going on this trip but the timing makes me a tiny bit anxious. ha! In all honesty - I know I'm doing exactly what I need to be doing and I can't WAIT for next week. But I would love if you would pray for me. Plane rides make me nervous and I'm so stressed my flights will get delayed and I'll miss meeting up with the group. I'm not exactly a world traveler! I'm also stressed about getting myself all packed and remembering everything as well as getting the girls packed and completely set up. Our parents will do an amazing job taking care of the girls but I want it to be very smooth for them.
I have about 35 more Compassion testimonies that I'm going to be sharing with you soon. I LOVE hearing how so many of you decided to sponsor and what it has meant to you and I love being able to share that with the rest of you! I'm so excited to share more about Compassion with y'all! I hope you will follow along with me!
I've opened up my twitter and I'm going to try to tweet along the way as much as I can. So if you want to follow me: http://twitter.com/mrskellystamps
