Scott's parents came to spend Labor Day weekend with us. The girls were thrilled to have their grandparents here and I enjoyed having some help and company! We had a very laid back weekend. We barely left our house and spent a lot of time in our pj's.
We played football with pap-pa and daddy.
We ate at CFA and played while the guys went to the football game
Harper helped me make cookies. She is real into cooking right now and we have made cookies a few times. She went in the pantry the other day and came out carrying 4 of the ingredients we needed for cookies. I couldn't believe how smart she was to know what to get. She came out saying "I help make cookies!"
This picture cracks me up because I think it's just a depiction of how our house is a lot these days.
And of course - Harper worked on her fashionista skills. She is so into dressing up!
We had a lazy day today and all took naps! Hallelujah! I like to un-labor as much as possible on Labor Day.
Did you have a good weekend? Oh did I mention it's been near 100 for the last 2 months and suddenly today it was in the 50's this morning and ended up in the high 70's. Absolutely PERFECTION weather. I wish every day could be like today!
