Well I knew it was coming I just didn't know when. The stomach virus of 2010 finally hit our house last night. I say finally because out of the 25-30 families in our Sunday School Class - there were only 3 or 4 of us who haven't had it and I think all 3 of us got it last night. Harper was sick and it was awful but thankfully it didn't last long and she has been fine today. We have had an unexpected day at home. I'm just hoping and praying Scott and I don't get sick. I have been so paranoid because every time I get on facebook - I see another friend down with the bug. But it's one of those things you can't seem to avoid. ha!
Random question - but does anyone have a GREAT soup recipe??? This was my attempt at a potato soup yesterday and it looks better than it tasted. Our women's ministry is having a lunch next week and the women's council is providing the meal. We are having soups, salad, and desserts. So I need to make one or two soups and I'm looking for something good to make. If you have a link to one you love or have written about on your blog - I'd LOVE if you left it in the comments!! I need help! (Maybe we could all scan the comments and look for some good ones - tis the season to eat soup - right?)
