Harper and I went to play group over at Laurie's today. First we made a little trip to Target to replace Dawson's dog bowl that Harper broke and for me to find a lock for our pantry door. I can not keep little cookie monster out of there. She is constantly going in and scavenging for food. One word she has been saying lately is "eat". The girl likes her food.
(This is a maxi dress (my first one) from T J Maxx)
There were lots of little kids at play group today. One of the first things most of them want to do is play dress up. The girls always run to put on princess costumes and as you can see we had Batman make an appearance too!About the only picture I could get of Harper today - she was running around like a wild banshee.
She kept taking the pacifier away from a little boy Kade. He is 3 months younger than her. She would take the paci away and then kiss him. Oh my. She has already kissed two boys and she is not quite 18 months old. We are going to have to tie her up.
Harper loves to watch music videos in the car - we have watched a Sesame Street one about 10,000 times and when I was waking up in the middle of the night singing the songs - I decided I couldn't take it anymore so I bought her a "Sunday School Songs" DVD. Today on the way home from play group I was singing along and I looked back at her and she put her hand up at me as if to say "Stop Singing". Apparently she doesn't like my voice.
and finally.................Happy Happy Birthday to my mom and Harper's Nonny!!! We love you VERY much! Nonny is in New Mexico with the youth from their church at Glorietta but we skyped her early this morning so we could sing to her! We are so thankful to have such a wonderful mother/grandmother!
