This morning we took our time getting ready and then we headed to meet my dad for lunch. We had a nice lunch and then we stopped by my dad's church to visit him and our friend Jacquie who works at the church.

My mom posted the recipe for the Enchilada ring on her blog. I'll try to put it on my recipe blog also for future reference. Future brides - this might be fun for you to look at if you are picking your patterns! I have put the schedule on the SUYL BLOG and it goes through July. We will probably take a break in August and then maybe resume. I'm trying to decide.
