Dress

SEE THE POST BELOW THIS ONE FIRST

Ya'll crack me up because you always want to know where I get everything. 9 times out of 10 I get my clothes at Wal-Mart or T J Maxx and Harper's stuff off of ebay or etsy but I'll try to do better at telling you on each post. ha!

I've had a wardrobe crisis lately because my winter wardrobe is pretty sad. Last year I was pregnant and the year before that I was about 20 lbs lighter so there is not much for me to wear. Plus before I was working and normally wore high heeled boots and dresses and now I sit in the floor most of the day chasing a toddler so I'm wearing more jeans (which I NEVER wore before) and leggings. My main issue is I have needed a dress of two to wear to church and I went to the mall a few weeks ago and went in almost every store and I am not kidding - there were NO long sleeved dresses ANYWHERE!

Now I am the queen of layering long sleeved tees under summer dresses to expand my wardrobe or to put cardigans over them but sometimes I just want to wear a dress that I don't have to layer. Well - good luck. Everything is sleeveless. It's 40 degrees and cold and I'm in the south. I was not happy with the fashion industry.

But I found this dress at Belk and I loved it. I had a 20% coupon so I got it even cheaper but it's New Direction Brand. I love the color and it's very flattering and comfortable!

What are your biggest wardrobe issues???? Maybe we can discuss them on here and get ideas! Or new places to shop on-line or in store!

Love Marshalls and TJ Maxx! Do you have Macy's by you? They have great sales!

Gorgeous dress! I found some long sleeve dresses at JCPenney's (both in the women's and junior's departments). I also love NY&Co.

I am a big fan of layering too, and I don't have too many clothes either. I live in Chicago, so in the fall, summery dresses get paired with leggings/tights and flats or boots with a long sleeve t-shirt under or a cardigan or little jacket over. Scarves and belts are great too. I wish we had Belk up here, I grew up in Florida and liked shopping there when I was younger, you can get such great deals there too!

I hate wearing bulky jackets and such, but it's so cold here in MD that I often freeze! So i'm learning to layer, and have a few cute sweaters that I can throw over any outfit!

Kelly,

I am searching and searching. A long time ago you had a link on the side for a website for little girl shoes that I think were handmade. Do they still exist? I can't find them anywhere on your blog...what is the website called. Help:)

I am basically the girl "What Not to Wear" is longing to fix. I would love to have some fashion tips for the SAHM. I mostly wear t-shirts and nike pants (even though I rarely darken the door of the gym) or a t-shirt and jeans--both with althletic shoes. I feel sloppy all the time. I am ever searching for an easy way to look decent and be comfortable. I had a broken ankle last year, so heels all day are out. Oh, and I also HAVE to have short sleeves because I am always washing my hands and cleaning. I hope someone can offer advice or point me the way to a makeover show-STAT.

Hi Kelly -

This place has super cute things:

Plus they are pretty affordable.

Khols has cute things also. Any around where you live?

You have such cute and comfortable looking dresses but when I clicked on your highlighted "Belk" it took me to Belk.com home page so I didn't get to see the dress you bought, please post it.

My biggest wardrobe issue is dresses and I live in jeans. Everything in dresses is too low, too short, down to the floor or the fabric is too clingy and shows my belly bulge. Any ideas I am all for it.

I'm leaving work and going straight to Belk. I teach Kindergarten but I love to wear dresses with boots in the winter. I have also taken your layering advice to extend my summer wardrobe for winter. My husband is thrilled that I'm not going out to buy winter clothes now...however, turtlenecks are always on the list!!!

Kelly--

I feel you girl on the wardrobe crisis!! I too am 15-20 lbs up from before having babies and I've gone through seasons where I feel like I have nothing to wear (wait, that's like every season! ha!). I also feel your pain on the zero long sleeved dresses available! It has totally made me wonder about who these fashion designers and retail buyers stocking the stores are targeting. I have had the BEST luck with clothes that fit from Ann Taylor Loft, and sometimes The Limited. As for long sleeved dresses, Macy's has had lots this year. All three of those stores have online sites if you don't have locations near you. I hope that you know that you always look adorable and I love your style, even if you're feeling otherwise. I have been busting out dresses to wear left and right ever since falling in love w/ your style!! Happy Shopping :)

I thought I was the only one finding long sleeved dresses. I like cardigans, too, but enough already! I am glad to know it's not just me:)!

Try www.forever21.com They are a Christian company and very good prices. Even if the some of the clothes seem too young check out the shoes and jewelery. Great prices too!

Love your style! For all the nursing moms out there, I would love to know where you shop for nursing friendly clothes. I always wore dresses before I had my baby, and between pumping at work and nursing when we're out and about I am struggling with my wardrobe!

Girl, I know what you mean....I just became a stay at home mom and my clothes do not fit me because I still have not lost all my weight...plus when I got pregnant I had still not lost my weight from a previous pregnancy where our little girl passed away after birth...so now, I am ready to lose all my extra weight but have to find something to wear in the mean time....since I worked before I always wore dress pants and suits....now it is sweatpants and jeans but I feel like my clothes are never "cute" anymore...

Brandi said...

I love that dress. I have the same problem I am always looking for long sleeved dresses. How hard is it to put some sleeves on a dress?

McElroy Family Happenings said...

Oh girl...wardrobe issues? How much room do I have for this comment? I'm only 5 ft tall, quite curvy (even when I'm thin), ginormous boobs that I HATE HATE HATE. I'm not obese by any means, but I'm certainly 30 pounds overweight now. Oh...and did I mention I'm ALSO more than 7 months pregnant? So add another 20-ish pounds to that already 30 pounds I need to lose!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'M GOING TO BE GOING NAKED BY THE TIME THIS SECOND BABY COMES BECAUSE THE FASHION INDUSTRY DOES NOT LOVE ME!!!!!!!!!!!!

Alrighty...let me calm down. Let me just dream about my near future in Weight Watchers and Curves which will allow me to return to shopping at Talbots and Ann Taylor and not the fat girl maternity departments. UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I feel like I'm in the same boat, almost. I had a baby this past March and now I'm too wide for all my clothes, so I've had to buy a couple new things just to have outfits, even though I rarely leave the house, haha!

Glad to know I'm not the only one!

I'm with you...last year I was pregnant and the year b/f I was 20lbs. lighter! :) I love to layer, wear dresses as tops, and cannot imagine how crazy I would look in skinny jeans, so I roll my others up and wear my boots. Boots...my new love. I have a rugged pair of Frye boots, no heel. Wear them with ANY dress and add leggings. Big wellies are also my new love! I even wear them w/ dresses and rolled up jeans! You always look so darn cute!

Way cute dress!

My husband and I did a "Nothing New Year" so I am definitely now in need of some new stuff...all my jeans and pants have holes in them!

I LOVE to thrift and am looking forward to getting a few things in the not-to-distant future...

Love the dress! I bought two long sleeve dresses at Sears last week. I never shop in there, but we were in the mall and Carlie had to go potty. The closest one was in Sears, there by the restroom was a rack of long sleeve FABULOUS dresses regularly $50, but I got them for $19.99!!! 2 for less than the price on 1!! I've never been more excited about a potty pit stop!
My biggest fashion problem is the length of everything! I'm only 5'1", so things are so long! It's hard to find petites in most stores, so I have to have every pair of jeans and most dresses altered!

Bonita said...

I am in the same boat. My son is a year old- needless to say I did NOT get the baby weight off. So all my clothes from last winter are maternity. So I ashamed to say I still wear some of it on these cold Nebraska days.
And before I got pregnant I had lost 35 lbs doing South Beach, so those clothes dont fit either.
I need some motivation to get back on South Beach Diet!! With my son being a year old-- I cant use the "I just had a baby" excuse anylonger.

Wendy said...

I have the same problem with dresses. You cant find them, they are scarce. I have been searching for a CHRISTmas dress and have no luck whatsoever. I was actually going to email you and ask where you got that dress.

If anybody out there knows where you can find some gaucho's to wear with boots, I would appreciate you posting it here. I love wearing my boots this time of year and I cant find any gaucho's anywhere.

Biggest wardrobe issues? Theres 2!

1. I'm losing weight so I never want to buy too much stuff, but I'm also very between sizes. It sucks LOL Nothing fits right :) Not a bad problem, but still is hard LOL

2. The styles I really like or the store that fits properly or has my size(ish) are never in my budget.

I love talking clothes. As a stay at home mom and student, comfort is key until it's date night. Jeans, hoodies and my running shoes seem to be doing fine by me!

I would love to find a place that doesn't break the bank to shop for myself. I am only 5 2 and weigh 105 lbs so being short and then small is just not that easy. Half the time I have to go to the kids area because nothing will fit. I am sooooo sick of it. I just want some jeans right now since all of mine are becoming HOLY!!!!! It would be nice to be able to go into the adult section for once.

I buy 99% of my dresses at Forever 21. Usually online since the stores are usually so packed!! They have quite a few long sleeved and sweater dresses.

so happy to hear another mom out there has wardrobe issues. staying at home, i am in jeans and a long sleeve t everyday...and i just feel like i could dress better.

most of my clothes are all too big right now. i lost a lot of weight after i had the girls...i was just so stressed and had no time to eat with 2 babies that needed to be feed every 3 hours.

looking for a great pair of jeans and cute tops...that is my biggest issues right now.

I work at Belk and I just bought the same dress in the same color for my pastor's wife! Too funny! For some reason, long sleeve dresses are very hard to find and even at Belk (at least at our store). So many cute ones with barely any sleeve!

Ugh. I am so sick of my clothes right now. I seriously haven't bought a thing since having my baby. Today I thought I looked pretty good until I found a big hole in my shirt in the back. Ha! Also, my son spits up a ton so I am trying to not buy anything until he gets through that phase. I just get yucky. BUT-I LOVE Ann Taylor Loft, Talbots (be careful here-you could look like an old lady) and New York and Company.

PS-You look SOOOOO pretty in green! I love that dress on you!

I know I'm in a huge minority, but I am THRILLED with sleeveless winter clothes. I am so warm-blooded and I absolutely roast at work every day - and in church every Sunday. Literally roast. (I run a box fan in my office year round and sometimes I'm still too warm in the winter.) Until recently it has been impossible to find clothes that weren't bulky in the winter. Last week I bought my shirt for the Christmas program at church next week. I'm a scripture reader, which means I'll be warm from being nervous in a warm church on a stage with 100 candles. My shirt is sleeveless and about as thin as they come. And I know I'll still be fanning. :)

Waredrobe issues! I have too many. I'm 22, 5'11", and have "woman" curves. Plus I'm super modest, so no dresses above the knee or sleeveless. Yikes! That's why I tend to make my own dresses. I'm an addict, actually :) I love to buy dresses at Ann Taylor Loft. Such good quality without being outrageously priced, classic styles and awesome fits. But I think everyone has issues with clothes, yuck!

Lindsay said...

I know exactly what you mean about being disgusted with the fashion industry...I am saving money these days because I go shopping these days and find nothing I like! I have found a few cute dresses at Kohls, but like you I have found that I have had to layer for cooler weather. One thing I wish I could find are more patterned tops that are cotton, I feel like everything is solid and I already have plenty of that. I don't do dry-clean with kids or fabrics that can easily snag on bibs so I need something I can easily wash snot and spit-up out of! I think that girls that live close by should get together and do swaps, or shop out of each other's closets...it would be a great way for everyone to mix things up and spend $0!

The Smith's said...

I am having wardrobe issues too...I am about 20lbs heavier than I was before kids and I just haven't had time to buy anything else...maybe I will just lose some weight and all my issues will be solved! ha! I wish!

Kelley and Gabriella said...

Biggest wardrobe issue? MY BODY!! Ugg...NOTHING is flattering on me and it is way too exhausting to try on everything. I wear whatever my friend gives me after she cleans out her closet. She's been losing weight and I have done...well, the opposite. Hoodies and jeans are all I can settle on.

Brit said...

Kelly I'm having the SAME issues as you right now. I was pregnant last year and the year before I too was a good 20 lbs lighter. I currently cannot find ANY jeans that fit. I have gone up 1-2 sizes depending ont he brand... the larger the jeans, the LONGER the jeans. I'm short but not short enough for a petite and I'm too short for a regular. sheesh... My mom suggested I buy them and get them altered. Not sure why I didn't think of that before!

Anyways, I feel your pain with the shopping industry but I always think you are dressed beautifully!

Well, since I started reading your blog you've turned me onto walmart clothes, haha. There is a target a hop, skip and a jump from my apartment but lately I've been making the trip to walmart to get some basics.

I feel like I have been in a clothing rut as well. I've been taking finals (I'm in seminary) and just feel tired and blah most of the time - too much study food, ha!! But I usually can make myself feel better by accessorizing. You can dress anything up with a great pair of earrings or a bold scarf.

Also - I run around in heels all the time but I can imagine that is difficult with an 11-month-old. Do you have a pair of uggs (or something similar)? You can wear them over jeans and I promise it's not just a look for 12-year-olds anymore. You can definitely pair it with a toasty sweater and a pair of jeans and you're good to go!!

This is fun!! You should do a McLinky (after the holidays?) for people to post with simple, inexpensive fashion finds!!

Sarah

p.s. I think I own ONE long sleeved dress. They just don't make them.

Kristy said...

Kelly, I hear you! I've had to buy a ton of new clothes-mostly tops, though. My belly just won't go back to where it was before I got pregnant with my Harper in May '08. Oh well! I have decided that even though I'm not going to work every day, I'm still going to dress like I'm going somewhere. Anyway, it is that baby belly that I can't seem to shake. I'm digging the dresses because they are cute but hide my momma kangaroo pouch.

I am a plus sized woman (trying to lose but still plus sized for now!) and my biggest problem with shopping is stuff is either too frumpy and/or old looking for me (I'm only 25!!) or the stuff is trying so hard to be trendy that it doesn't flatter my body type at all! I used to love shopping for clothes but now it's just a nightmare! Also I love shoes but I only have a few pairs because I have wide feet and it's so hard to find trendy cute shoes in wide widths (I always have to try them on cuz my shoe size tends to differ in brands) Ok I'm stepping off my soapbox now! :) Love your blog!!!!

Mallie said...

Kelly your not the only one with wardrobe malfunctions! I think all girls who live in the south have the hardest time finding winter clothes because they send them all up north. (just my opinion). But like you I went to Belk here in Columbus, MS and looked and looked. And Guess What! I ended up buying the same exact dress in the same color! I also bought another dress, but its short sleeve, so its getting a cardigan with it. Maybe next year there will be more long sleeved clothes sent down to us here in the south!

Amanda M. said...

As always, you look great! :)
I found some cute sweater dresses (long sleeves, which is REALLY important because I live in the snowy, cold NORTH) at Target! Inexpensive and super cute to wear with jeans, leggings, or tights. AND super comfy, while still looking cute. :)

Ashley said...

Target had some really cute long sleeve dresses this year. Most of them were the Merona brand. I think one or two were Mossimo Black brand. I saw some long sleeve dresses at JC Penney. They are always having sales and if you stack it with a coupon, you can get a pretty good deal :) Your clothes are always so cute!

I have to laugh about your weather comment. Try being freezing up here in MN. Right now 40 degrees sounds so toasty!
My clothing issues are all over the place: dressing up for work without being too trendy (I am a teacher), never wearing dresses, wishing I could find my own style, having the "I've had four babies" ponch that will never go away, and I could go on and on and on.
You are motivating me to go check out a dress right now!

Laura said...

My wardrobe issues are similar to yours. Last year I was working so I needed nice clothes. I'd look silly going to Walmart or Target or the doctor's office in my black slacks though! I just need more cute winter items. Maybe I will get some gift cards for Christmas so I can go shopping!

Erin said...

It sounds like so many of us have the same post-baby issues. I have three girls and my youngest is 15 months. I HATE my mid-section more than anything else. I live in jeans and hoodies or dresses and leggings. I too wish I could find more long-sleeved options. Being in Michigan in winter makes long-sleeves a MUST!

Mel said...

My biggest fashion issue is my body shape. I'm curvy...and so many dresses are made for straight bodies. Well, a lot of clothes are really. I'm a pear shape so my bottom is bigger than the bust. So I have to buy things to fit my bottom, and need to always have things altered to fit the top.

ANNOYING.

Mary said...

Love the dress-thanks for the tip! My sis=-n-law finds Lilly Pulitzer dresses at the Belk by her, (in MS) and they have such fun summer dresses. Our store here doesn't carry it-but it's great to know for winter dresses in the future...

Kelly can you please help out!!! I know you have a ton of readers There is a 7 year old boy named Nate Elfrink that lives about an hour from me in West Jefferson, OH. At the tender age of 20 months Nate's parents found out that he had a brain tumor. He has been living with and battling it since then. Unfortunately there is nothing more that can be done for him and the tumor keeps on growing. Nate's Christmas wish and possibly his last wish is to get one million Christmas cards. Could you please post the link to his story and his home address so your readers can send him a card if they wish.

I get to the point these days where I dont even want to go shopping. I had lost ALL my baby weight and then some and somehow I gained it all back and some. Yuck! Needless to say, my hardest thing is finding stuff that I feel like I look my age in (everything is so based on your age) and having it fit. I like Ann Taylor Loft, but they are expensive sometimes!

oh my, I have been searching for green dress to match my girls' outfits from Carters. This one look like it would go perfectly, but I can't find it at Belk! We don't have that store in my area! I simply cannot find a green dress this year. I have only commented once or twice but read often!!

I feel ya on the 20 pound thing and my youngest is six :).

I love dresses. I got a couple of casual dresses at Meijer (kinda like a Wal Mart) and put them with leggings. I wear boots or heels to church. I also got a long sweater like a sailor jacket style and I put that over my shirts and leggings or jeans. I'm not a fan of jeans myself.

Jill said...

I'm having the same issues, since I'm 7 weeks out from having my baby girl. I'm so ready to have my old body back. LOL I've been searching for dresses that I can wear with leggings and can't find any that are appropriate for someone in her 30's. Going to check out our Belk though...thanks for the tip!

Julia said...

Girl do I EVER agree with you on the long sleeve dress issue. WHAT IS UP WITH THAT??? I've been looking for some LS dresses too so THANK YOU for directing me to Belk.

My current challenge is that NOTHING in my closet fits. Last year I was 8 months pregnant at this time and so I'm at the stage where my "sort of maternity" clothes are warm weather and my "SUPER pregnant maternity" clothes are for cold weather.

So here I am buying more clothes for maternity :) haha

Jennifer said...

I was looking at that and thinking it was like a dress I wore to church yesterday and then I scrolled down and it is almost the exact dress, a New Direction from Belk! It fits so nicely because mine is lined, so the jersey knit doesn't cling to every single misfortune this body has to show. It's the best ever!

My big challenge in fashion is also finding dresses so I can dress more femininely, but mostly finding clothes for my plus size that don't make me look like I'm a 45 year old librarian that has given up on life!

Lisha said...

I'm in that crazy post baby phase where everything is tight in the tummy and waist and loose in my butt! Ahh! I haven't gotten back on the dieting and workout bandwagon so for now it means finding clothes that fit me now and will also hopefully make the transition once I loose the weight. I am having such a complex about spending money on clothes for myself when I have a special needs daughter and that money can be used elsewhere. I'm just at a loss as to where to go for great deals and good clothes!

KristinaF said...

I love the dress, but it would never work for me (hate 3/4 length sleeves). Plus we have no Belks here in KS.
I have a problem finding stuff that is long enough. Pretty much all women's clothing that is long sleeve is too short by a couple of inches (they all look 3/4 length on me). Pants are my other issue. I need a 34 inseam, and I know that Lee, Wrangler & Levis makes them, sometimes I want a good expensive pair. Also, forget about finding skirts and dresses that are the correct length. Most of the time they are too short.
I do know that there are companies out there that make tall clothing, but I don't want to pay an arm & a leg just for a shirt.

Angie said...

I have the same dress! And I never thought of wearing tights with it. I wear camel colored cowboy boots...I can't take credit for picking that though...I was with my super trendy friends when i bought it and now that I have a 19 month old, I think I lost my fashion sense. Thank you Jesus for trendy friends!

You and I have the same burning question, apparently. Why, oh why, are the dresses (that are supposedly for winter)sleeveless? First of all, I am OVER sleeveless at my age. Second of all, it's cold! I've looked online at stores like Talbots, I've looked at TJMaxx/Marshall's...can't find anything. Our Belks'....nada except old lady (and I'm not into the double knit suits just yet!) outfits.

I always have trouble finding cheap, trendy, modest, Mama-of-two friendly clothes. I don't get anything I can't machine wash and I can't get anything low cut because I bend over so much. Same reason why I need new non-low rise pants. Plumbers crack in the grocery store is not an option!

Try finding a holiday dress that doesn't do one of those....
Unless you wanna look matronly...which of course is what all of us are going for "oh I hope I look matronly in this...."
snark
Oh and please, when you find the holiday dress that does not show the girls or the kitty...could you please please please...not make it black.... come on...

Hi Kelly! Do you think that dress would work with a newly pregnant belly? It looks like it might! And I'm having a hard time finding dresses that I like, to work for right now at 8 weeks (5th baby) so I do have a belly!

I have lots of wardrobe challenges living in the warm climate of South Florida. Hard to find modest clothing here. I'm tall so most dresses don't fall below my knee, another problem for me. I find a rare keeper here and there, mostly when my husband goes shopping for me, places like JCPenney. I like to look at Marshall's or TJ Maxx but don't often find what I'm looking for. It's kind of "hit or miss" there. I like the looks of the clothes at Cold Water Creek and Talbots but, they are pricey. I caught a great sale at Talbot's once and got lots of separates for cheap (online).
We don't have a Belk here, I'll have to check them out sometime when I'm traveling. Thanks.

My biggest clothing issue is that (literally) in certain brands of jeans, the 10s are so tight I can't get them over my thighs (which are big) but the 12s I can put on without undoing the button or zipper. Whenever I find a pair that fits me, I have a celebration!

Kelly, you have to make a trip to Target this week! I just went there this past weekend and our Target had quite a few sweater type dresses on sale. They were long sleeved and had a turtleneck. They also had some crewneck and cowlneck ones too! They were really cute! I have one and I love it! I wore it to church last week and got so many compliments. They were on sale at my Target too!

My biggest wardrobe problem is that so many cute clothes out there have tight arms! I have never had those beautiful toned arms even when I cheered and lifted people in the air! I just am not made that way, so when clothes are not made big enough for my arms it is so aggravating! I sometimes have to go up a size in the shirts that have the gathered sleeves or aren't t-shirt like material!

A note to Tonya above who said she has a bubble butt and can't find pants to fit her waist...a trick I learned is buy the pants or skirts to fit your hips and then take them in for alterations for the waist (which will usually be too big)...a waistband is usually easy to alter..once I learned to do that...I was a lot let stressed buying pants/skirts.
I love talking clothes! I love accessories...purses, scarves, earrings, etc...one of my favorite stores is Talbots, they are a little spendy, but you can get some good sales finding some classic, quality items!

I have this same dress in black and love it. I usually wear it with leggings and flats. I got mine at JCP (in Fayetteville) for 1/2 off! There was a gray one I wish I would have gotten too!

Kelly, I got a dress extremely similar to this one at Ross about a week ago, only mine is purple - a pretty plum color. Best part is I only paid $16.99 for it! I put some tights with it & flats (b/c I have two kids!) and a necklace and it looks fabulous! I wore it to a holiday party and got several compliments. :)

Oh, and other than Ross and TJ Maxx, I love to shop Marshalls / Home Goods!

Ha I am 7 months pregnant so you can imagine my wardrobe issues. I love how you always wear dresses. You have actually inspired me to buy a few dresses over the past year so thanks :) I always find great stuff at Kohls on the clearance racks. Not sure if you have those?

My biggest issue with finding clothing is that they aren't modest enough for my taste. My dressing rules really aren't that crazy.

I want the tops of my pants and the bottoms of my shirts to overlap so that my midriff doesn't show when walking or sitting.

I like lower cut necklines (as opposed to turtlenecks and crew necks), but for crying out loud, can't they make them high enough to cover my bra and show minimal cleavage? I'm tired of having to buy coordinating camisoles to wear underneath.

Why can't I find jeans/pants that come up to my natural waist? Oh, it so irritates me to try on pants and realize I'd have to wear a thong to avoid showing my underwear above my pants.

Do I really have to start wearing caftans just to cover up? It's crazy.

It comes in other colors. You should check it out.

a 36" inseam is my biggest issue! IF I can find pants in this length, they are usually unflattering, or very expensive!

Love that dress.

That was the EXACT reason I had such a hard time finding a dress for Kale's wedding!!! I finally just went with something I'd wear over and over and could mix and match with as well as being WARM. As it turned out, it was in the upper 60s or low 70s on their wedding day...who would've guess that?

I went searching for this dress because I'm in desperate need for clothes that fit right now (still losing my pregnancy/IF weight). I couldn't find this dress in anything but petite at Belk (I'm 5'9") but I thought I would let you know they have the exact same dress in several different colors at Penney's. They are Alyx brand. I bought red, green and grey! Incase you're still looking for some long sleeve dresses that look cute with boots. :)
