First of all - I was SO happy today because Harper had a great day in the nursery!! You have no idea how hard I have prayed today and it was so nice to go check on her twice and neither time was she crying or screaming. I'm so thankful for her sweet nursery workers who love on her! My parents were here today and got to go to church with us and see her in the nursery! And we went to lunch and she was so happy and did so good. OH it was just a great day!
My dad got home from India last night and we were so glad to have him home safe and sound. Tomorrow is his birthday and today is Grandparents day so we were glad to spend time with them! Harper is so blessed to have four wonderful grandparents in her life!
We were playing with her in her room and she started pulling up on me!!! She is just changing and growing so quickly these days!
I told ya'll yesterday about my "faith" dress and then I found out something SO amazing about it and I just have to share because I want to show you how God is at work even when you don't know it and feel like your prayers are not being answered.
But first I feel like I should share that YES - I love having a girl but I used to DREAM of having three boys. I would have been over the moon if we had had a boy. I don't want anyone to think I would have been unhappy with a boy. I dreamed of a boy playing football and I still secretly wish for a boy if we have another child. There is nothing sweeter than a little boy. It's just that I just always had this feeling I would have a daughter. I can't explain it but I just knew.
Anyway..........I think this is unbelievable. When I shared the story of the dress yesterday - the lady who I bought it from off of etsy left me a comment and then she e-mailed me to share something with me and it just gave me chills and made me cry. She has been reading my blog since Harper was born but had no idea she had one time made a dress for her until she saw it yesterday. And she remembered it because when she made it - she felt like God asked her to pray over the dress and to pray for the little girl who would be wearing it. She had no idea that at the the time there WAS no little girl yet or that the little girl would really need prayers at one point. See how God goes ahead and works in such amazing ways???
And finally - look who is starting to crawl!!!! When did she get so big???
So this is my 1000th post!!! WOW - that is a whole lot of rambling from me. So in honor of my 1000th post - I was wondering if you read my blog - I would love to hear from ALL of you - even the lurkers who have never commented - and I would love to hear one thing you are thankful for today! It would be great to start off this week with a LONG list of uplifting praises and I would love to hear from EVERYONE who is reading!!! Ya'll hear from me every day - now I'd like to hear from you!!!!

Give Harper an extra hug for me! I love to hug on little girls since I do not have one of my very own.
I discovered your blog the day you went into labor with sweet Harper. I don't comment very often, but I read daily. (I may even get to meet you in November if everything works out!)

Hi! I still read. I have made a comment every now and then, but I check often. I love the dress and have decided that you should name your next daughter Henley Bennett. I think that goes super cute with Harper Brown and she could wear all her big sister's cute monograms!
I am so thankful for my husband today! He just got back home, he was out of town for the last four days and it was just me and my son. I have to say that I don't know how single parents do it, cause it just wore me out! But now I am even more thankful for my husband!
Congrats on your 100th post, I am impressed!
I have been a reader for a little over a year.
I am thankful for my family....my husband and my son and our extended family.
I am thankful that I can pray to Jesus whenever, wherever about anything! I am so thankful for my wonderful husband, my healthy, happy baby boy, and my little girl who makes her debut in October!! Thank God I get to be so happy...
I am thankful today for my dog, Jazey doing so well after her 2nd chemo treatment. It has been up and down with her leukemia, but Kelly, I am single with no children and my dogs are my life. She is being treated at Purdue, which is like a Mayo Clinic for animals. Please keep her in your prayers. I love your blog...it is a blessing to me.

Congratulations on your 1000th post! WOW! I'm so glad I found your blog, it's one of my favorites! You just seem like someone who would be fun to be friends with. Today I have had an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my parents. I am thankful for my Savior, Jesus Christ and the knowledge that He hears and answers my prayers. I'm thankful for my sweet husband and my 3 healthy, happy children. Life is good.
Yay for a good day in the nursery! My little girl didn't have such a great one today :(
That being said, my baby girl is what I am soo thankful for. Before she went to bed tonight I was praying, "Father, thank you so much for this little girl in my arms." Just as those words were escaping my lips, she looked up at me and gave me a big open-mouthed kiss. My eyes were not dry, but my heart was full!
I am so thankful for my family! I got chills when I was reading your blog post today...thanks for sharing!
I stumbled across your blog one day and read it for quite some time before I found out you went to ouachita! I graduated from there in 2008 and always love meeting people who went there. I am also a tri chi! Small world! I am so blessed by reading your blog and am so thankful for the positive impact you're making in people's lives!

I'm thankful for so much, but probably most thankful for my precious 9 month old son. He brightens each and every day! Also, am very thankful to my husband for being such a great dad to him.
You're such an inspiration! I love reading your blog. My son is a little over a month older than Harper and it's so fun to read about her. Keep up the great work!!
Hi Kelly!
I've been reading your blog since Harper was born. I love coming over here and finding new posts. Especially one's like this! It gave me chills to read this! What an awesome story to share!
I'm thankful that both of my girls are alive and doing well. We've really struggled in the past year with both of them, but I will tell you what... I have never lost faith or hope that everything wouldn't turn out okay! I've always remained positive!!!
Big Hugs - Tiffany
I read daily! I am so thankful for the amazing family I have and the opportunity and ability to be a stay at home mom. It has been my dream since I was a little girl and here I am. 2 wonderful boys, ages 7 and 4! Thanks for sharing your family and faith with us. Harper is a DOLL!
I am from Washington state and have been reading your blog since the day Harper was born and following ever since.
Today, I am very thankful for my amazing husband, my three beautiful children, and most of all our Lord and Savior!
Hey Kelly! I found your blog when Harper was just born through a friend of a friend who had the "praying for Harper" button up. It had me addicted, coming back almost everyday to see how your little angel was doing and I am still adicted! I have wanted to leave a comment several times but thought to myself...she is gonna think I am crazy(she doesn't even know me...lol!) Anways my name is Amber and I live in Pascagoula, MS and have a precious little 3yr old girl named Maggie. I just love reading your blog! The lord speaks through you very well and I have learned a lot about the lord just by reading! So for that I am very thankful! I am also thankful and blessed beyond words for my wonderful husband, sweet little girl, and my family and friends!
I have been reading your blog since you had Harper. She is so precious and I really enjoy your blog. I am so thankful to have a HEALTHY 6 month old baby boy :) I share your dream of him one day playing football! boys are so much fun. I also read your prayer blog often and I love it! You are such a blessing!
I'm grateful for baby number three. She is perfect and sweet. I am thankful to you, Kelly, for reminding me each time you post just how precious our children are and to be thankful for them everyday even on the hard days.
-Trish
I am thankful for my amazing family...wonderful husband and two uniquely different girlies. I am thankful for God lifting me up when I am low and helping me remember what it's all about!
Thank you Kelly for your wonderful blog!
I have read your blog since you were 28 weeks pregnant with Harper. I remember that because I was 28 weeks pregnant when we lost our first daughter, Maddie. Today I am so thankful for the time God gave me with Maddie and for our HEALTHY, almost 2 year old, Ava Jayne. God is so good!!!! He blesses our family everyday!!!
I'm thankful for great friends that the Lord has bless me with. My very dearest friend is moving to Hawaii in 2 days and so today has been a really sad day as we have said goodbye's, but I am so thankful for friendships that the Lord has blessed me with.
I just said my thank you and prayers with my 3 year old son. We said we were thankful for the water fight we had with the hose in the font yard today. Needless to say, we were both drenched and loved every minute.
It's moments like these that I treasure and memories I keep locked tight.
I don't even recall how I stumbled upon your blog- I believe it was linked from another blog that I read or something but I've been reading for only a couple of months now and LOVE it. I consider myself a lurker but I know it's fun to see who and how many people actually read your hard work. I am thankful for my first born son that turns 6 THIS Thursday, my pistol of a son that turned 3 this July and my soon to be son that is due in 6 weeks (and my husband of course)... I am so blessed with my family!
God has blessed me with so much that is hard to choose just one! But I would have to say that I am most thankful for my beautiful son.
He is just the sweetest little thing (even though he is screaming right now,=)
I can't help but to drop to my knees and praise God for blessing me with this precious little boy! The past 7 months have been amazing! And I am thankful everytime I look into those big brown eyes!
Howdy from Texas. I am thankful for many, many, things but I am most thankful for my precious 2 year old daughter who I love with all my heart, I never have a bad day, her smile just brightens my whole life daily. Your blog is inspiring in so many ways. Your family is beautiful, I continue to wish the best of health and future for you all.
Hey Kelly~ I am thankful today for my family.....love them all so much! I am also thankful for the world of blogs. Since this whole economic downturn we have been struggling financially. But with the blogs I've learned so much about couponing that I am saving a ton of money on food thru couponing. Because of that I've been able to donate food and toiletries to the homeless, pet shelters, etc. I've also been able to keep our pantry full! I also love to share my 'deals' with my friends local and watch them stockpile their pantries as well!
I am thankful for my grandbabies, who light up my life ~ God has blessed me with each and everyone of them! I love your blog... you are such the cutest little mommy!
i read your blog faithfully! i'm thankful for our precious baby boy hank, who was one week old yesterday ;-)
love the story about harper's dress. SO NEAT!
Today I am thankful for my family. I am also thankful for the church thatt I grew up in ... I was baptized, confirmed, and married there ... and we celebrated 100 years of church today! :)
I've been reading since Harper was in the hospital. I like your down to earth style - you seem like the girl next door. Plus, my sister lives in Fayettville, so it is like a little bit of a connection to her corner of the world.
I had a really tough baby this last year, and to be honest, it did my heart some good to read about your first six months with Harper. Sometimes I felt so alone and nobody understood how my baby could be so fussy. Nice to know I wasn't the only one! :)
Kelly, Congrats on your 1,000 post. I love you site, Harper is so cute. :)
Hi from Missouri - congrats on #1000. I am thankful for what I have learned through infertility too ... I have 1 boy (11 y/o) and 1 girl (8 y/o) and 1 in heaven (m/c) and yet another miracle on the way (due 1/4/10)!!
I am thankful for my beautiful healthy happy baby boy! :)
And i read and comment on your post almost daily!
I have never left a comment but I read your blog daily! You inspire me and help me to have a better faith each and everyday! I am so thankful for my precious 4 year old son--you're right, there is nothing sweeter than a little boy to cuddle with his mommy! Thank you for sharing your life with all of us!
I've enjoyed your blog, Kelly! There is so much to be thankful for... I'm thankful for God and his consistent character, my dear husband, my loyal family, and my sweet friends. We are also celebrating God's provision in providing my husband a new job after a layoff. The Lord has been gracious to us!
Congrats on the 1000th post! :)
Ask and you shall receive...I'm delurking, but to me it's not really coming out of hiding since even my husband refers to you as my "fake internet friend" :) I am thankful for my husband and adorable kids, my little boy Sam and my precious baby girl Charley (6 months) I've been reading your blog forever and to my friends and coworkers Kelly and Harper are household names! :) Infact Charley shares Harper's love for obnoxious bows and last time "the girls" went out, my best friend said, "Emily, you are pushing it with that bow, it's almost up to Harper status!" I thought you (and Big Mama) would be proud that when it comes to baby girl fashion/accessories...Harper sets the trends!!...my husbands right...we could so be friends, because let's be honest...obnoxious bows DO make everything better!!! :)
After having our own issues with fertility, I am so very thankful for my baby girl...who isn't much of a baby anymore. Even though she refuses to sleep and happily kicking her crib bars over and over, I am so thankful...
I am also thankful for you...your blog has provided so much for me. Congrats on your 1000th post!
Love, love, love your blog!! Fellow Arkansas girl here. (GO HOGS!!) :o)Anyway, I have a little 7 month old daughter that is amazing and I love seeing her grow every single day. I am truly blessed and a lucky girl!!

As I was sitting in church today I couldn't help but thank God for my family and friends. I hurt for those people that have no one. I have truly been blessed with a wonderful husband and inlaws as well as my parents and siblings!

I am thankful for all my friends, both in the real and blog world!!!
Thank you Kelly for all the work you do on your prayer/praise blog!
Oh Kelly I have many blessings, but I am thankful for your blogging ministry (yes, it truly is). You have reminded me how much a precious baby girl is truly a BLESSING from God! You see, after being diagnosed with blocked tubes 11 years earlier, I found myself pregnant at age 42. My youngest daughter had just started high school and I am a grandmother myself. It took awhile to get over the shock, and I must confess I wasn't exactly over the moon with the news. I know you can't imagine, but it was a very hard time. All the tears I cried when I found out the news seemed unimaginable once I held my precious baby girl. I know God put her here for a specific purpose and couldn't be happier now. I am also thankful you turned me on to Sonic vanilla diet cokes........oh my! I don't live very close though. Got me some Torani sugar-free syrup and coke zero and made my own vanilla diet coke today. Yum! Blessings!
I love reading your blog! I am so thankful for my precious friends (and blog friends) who make me smile each day!
I'm thankful for my husband. He's an amazing man... patient, kind, supportive. When the world seems crazy, he's right there to pull me in close :)
Hi Kelly! I'm sending hello's from Katy, TX! I have soo enjoyed reading your blog, but actually never commented, until now! I am so thankful to hear how God blesses so many of us, He is so Good! Some blessings of my own, is my wonderful and handsome husband! He is the proof of God's grace on my life! I am also thankful for my home church! I love my church! I wish you and your family many more blessings!
Hello from Georgia. Go Dawgs! ;o) I'm thankful for my family & friends. Every day is so much sweeter with them in my life.
I honestly have had a rough day, and was in the middle of a pity party. But I don't need that - it doesn't help anything, does it? I'm so inspired by the story of Harper's "Faith Dress," and it's helped me refocus a bit.
I'm thankful that my parents, although they've just moved from our home state of Texas all the way to Canada, are still so available to me and still feel close, thanks to emails and Skype and all sorts of great things like that. I'm a 26-year-old adult and should be able to handle it, but there's been times that it's been hard, especially during times like today when a quick visit would have picked me up. I still am surrounded by friends and family and we are blessed with health and prosperity.
Thanks for the shift in perspective! And this little corner for me to unload on!
Congratulations on your 1000th post - I can't even imagine!! Harper is absolutely adorable. I am so thankful for my amazing husband and my wonderful family. I love my life and everyone in it.
I am thankful for my darling one year old girl and my wonderful husband. I am also thankful for a God who knows me personally and loves me unconditionally.
I am thankful that God is going to see me through the grief of losing my husband two months ago, and that a shout of joy will come some morning. Hopefully soon. ;)
Thanks for such a great blog. You lift me up.
I'm thankful that UGA won this weekend! haha!
But, I'm much more thankful that I'm about to become an aunt for the first time!
Hi Kelly! I am so very thankful for my Jesus first and so thankful for my wonderful husband and sweet baby girl :)
Hi Kelly! I am a faithful follower of your blog and I just love watching your precious Harper grow. I prayed for her when she was in the hospital and I love that we can see how God works through her. I am a stay at home mom with--guess what--3 boys! Colton is 6, Cooper is 3, and Carter is 11 weeks. They are simply amazing! We are busy, busy but are having so much fun! I am so glad you are too.
Blessings,

Hi Kelly! I'm thankful for my wonderful husband who is such a good dad and provider to my daughter's and I!
I started reading your blog last year while my husband and I were living in Kazakhstan. I spent many days praying for you and all that you were going through in your pregnancy. You were running through my thoughts a lot! Now, I am so thankful because I am 30 weeks pregnant, and back in the US! I can't wait to meet our little one (boy or girl!) and am thankful for God's blessings each day. God bless you, Kelly!
I'm thankful for my husband, my two sweet kids, and for unexpected communities like this one, where we can share life together and lift each other up!

- Mrs. Giles
Two years ago today my husband had surgery for a brain tumor. The drs. were able to remove 95% of a slow growing tumor. It was non malignant but there is always the chance the remaining 5% could become malignant. God was so good and gracious to us during that time. Even though he was able to go back to work in 2 months the time to full recovery has been almost 2 years. I am so very thankful for his recovery and for the wonderful husband that he is.
1000 posts! Wow, you have a lot to say ;)
I started reading your blog when Harper was born and you have been a daily read ever since.
Today I am needing to remind myself to be thankful. Sounds terrible, I know. I am 3 days over due with baby #4. I AM thankful for the children God has blessed me with, I just wish He would tell #4 to come OUT already. :)
I have read your blog since you were in the hospital with Harper, have never left a comment til now. does that make me a blog stalker? :) what an amazing blessing you have. I a mother of three 2 girls and a boy. Little girls are so fun to dress up but nothing is like having a lil boy too he is ALL boy and so different than my girls! he is truely my sweetheart. Your blog is so uplifting and i check the prayer blog daily and my heart breaks for all the people on it. May the lord continue to bless you and every family out there.
I'm an Arkansas girl out in North Carolina keeping up with you and your family! I'm friends with Jennifer Jones and an OBU Alumni...so I'm not a total creep. :) I am thankful for God's Grace and the plan He has for my life. I think it is great now...but I know he has something even greater for me around the corner. Thanks for being so real.
I've been a reader for quite some time. :)
Today, I am thankful for the miracle baby that I'm carrying...we prayed for her for over 3 years and she will be with us in November! Not a day goes by that I don't thank God for this gift.
I am thankful for the health of my family and my baby (3 yr old) boy. We prayed and waited for him for 8 years...
Today I am Thankful for my Dad who flew in from out of town to help us redo our roof! Yes, my husband, dad and I have been struggling in the 90 degree heat redoing our roof and getting on each others nerves and snapping at each other BUT I am so thankful that I have him and his vast knowledge to help us save some money and put a good roof on our house! Now I want to say I am thankful I won the lottery-HA HA! :P Good idea for comments, love your blog Kelly!
I am thankful for my beautiful, healthly little girl, Bailey, who is a few weeks older than Harper! I always thought I would have only boys because my husband comes from a family of 4 boys, but when I got pregnant, I just knew it was a girl from the beginning! :) And everyday when I get to dress her, I love that I have a girl! :)
Love your blog! Very inspiring!
Boy, it's been a long time since I commented, but I do visit every day. I am thankful for my son Elijah, my daughter Elena, and my husband Joshua. And chocolate.

This weekend I am especially thankful for family - my baby girl turned 1 yesterday, and we had a house full of family celebrating her. It was bliss.
I love reading your blog! I was reading Saturday's blog and you posted Hebrews 11:1, which is a verse I have been standing on as we are waiting to be blessed with our second child. God alone only knows when this event will take place. Meanwhile, I am ever so thankful for our almost three year old little girl, who melts my heart everyday, whether, she works a new puzzle by herself or says something that is just off the wall crazy. God is defintely using you and I pray that you continue to be an open vessel. God Bless!!
I'm thankful for a blogger who "gets" me...Razorback hysteria and all!

I've been reading your blog about a year before you had Harper. You are so real and I feel like you're one of my girlfriends sittin' on the couch talking with me! I've cried so many tears of sorrow and praise with you! You're just a doll! And a blessing to many. What am I thankful for today? Of course my God and family. I add to that, being thankful for my son not having a seizure in a week. These are daily struggles for my Special needs son.
Thank you for sharing your precious life with all of us!
That is so sweet that you want to hear from all of us! I started reading your blog when you were in labor. (I think Big Mama sent me here:0) I prayed for that precious little girl and that God would be able to shine his light through YOU. Did he ever!
Thanks for being so transparent! You have a beautiful family and your faith is an inspiration!
I, too, am so thankful for a BIG, loving God and the amazing husband and children that he has blessed me with!
Mrs. Nurse Boy
Kelly, I read everyday and came to you back when Kim Wheeler did your painting and have followed ever since! I will never forget when Harper was born and my eight year old and I would pray sooo hard for her. My daughter still will say what is Harper been up to mom, so I will sign in and let her check on Harper!
I am so thankful for my family and most of all for my two healthy kids! That is what matters most!!!
Thank you for sharing Harper with us she is just precious!!!
Saying hello from GA. I stumbled upon your blog recently and found your story so uplifting, seeing how you maintained your faith during all your struggles. Your blog is inspiring and you are a true southern lady like me. Although i like my sweet tea a little bitter... just the way my great grandmother always made it. :)
Paula from Little Rock-Im thankful for my happy marriage and healthy children
Im so very thankful for my precious daughter Sofia, I have a beautiful daughter who went home to be with Jesus and I never thought I would have another little girl and God gave me this precious life 8 years later. I look at her everyday and my heart is full with joy! Thank you for blessing so many of us each day with your faith.
I am so thankful for my husband who God made just for me and my little girl who is 5 months old! Being a mommy is the best ever!
I also had a hard time getting pregnant and lost one baby so I know how a lot of you feel.
Just always remember that God is good and "all things happen for good for those that love the lord" Romans 8:28
God Bless You All!
Chills & tears about the dress :o) Thankful for my 18 month old daughter (took us almost 2 years to get pregnant with her) & praying for more!
I have been one of the lurkers who has just never left a comment! My husband always asks me if I saw you randomly somewhere would I talk to you...and my response is always absolutely! So why I've never left a comment...I don't know!
Today I'm grateful for my husband and family! We are celebrating our one year anniversary today! And believe me I was a person who never in a million years thought I would find someone to marry! God's timing is powerful! Today is also a bittersweet day for my husband and I as his granddad passed away today. He was one of the most Godly men I've met and knowing that we are celebrating our marriage and his granddad's life brings all kinds of emotions, joy, and tears!
I do LOVE reading your blog and just appreciate your "realness!"
I guess I am pretty much one of the lurkers you are talking about but even though I have only commented once or twice here, I have prayed for you and for your sweet Harper from the first day I was introduced to your blog, and your baby had just been born with some serious problems. Today and every day, I am thankful for Jesus! I am thankful for his faithfulness. Like the song, without Him I would be nothing. I am thankful that I am no longer drifting like a ship without a sail. I am thankful for my family and my friends. I have so much to be thankful for and I owe it all to my Jesus.
oh and GO HOGS!
I rarely comment, but I read your blog every day! Thanks for all your upbeat encouragement! I am thankful today that I got to spend an hour outside in the rain watching my 16-month-old son splash happily in the puddles.
I've read your blog since the week Harper was born (can't remember how I ended up here) but I have never commented before.
I'm thankful that today my parents were in town with us and got to witness the baptism of my daughter. Thank you, Lord! What a joy to see your own child accept Jesus as her personal Lord and Savior!
I read everyday...and am also addicted to many of the blogs in your sidebar! I'm from Magnolia and went to UofA, so reading your blog reminds me of home (I live in NYC now). I've commented a couple of times, and did Show Us Your Life once or twice, I think.
Anyway...today I am thankful for the amazing life that I've been able to live. All of my dreams have come true so far...I can't wait to see what's next!
hi! i found your blog a LONG time ago through jenna. love it. love your positive attitude. love your attention to detail. love your love for all things monogrammed. love your love for the Lord.
Kelly, I absolutely love reading your blog! I laughed when you said "even all the lurkers out there who have never commented"-I fall into that category! I am 22 years old, single, no children, but find so much inspiration in reading your blog! Your daughter, Harper, is too cute! I love how much you love and adore her! You seem like such a great mom!
Anyway, one thing I am thankful for, is my college education. Tomorrow I begin my internship in a 5th grade classroom, as I'm pursuing a degree in Elementary Education. I'll be graduating this December. I'm so thankful that God provided me the opportunity to receive a college education-that is what I am thankful for!
I love reading your blog!! I am thankful for my daughter- she is the most amazing gift from God. After years of praying and struggling with infertility our prayers were answered.

Reading from WA state! I'm thankful for your prayer blog, and for all of your readers who are praying for my S-I-L to be blessed with a baby after this long, long road of infertility. I know it is a comfort to her, and to me. And I know the waiting is purposeful (although painful) and that she will be the BEST mom someday (someday SOON, God-willing).
I have really enjoyed your blog. You are such an encouragement to those of use dealing with infertility. Congrats on your 1,000th post! Many blessings!

Kelly, first of all...congrats on your 1000th post! I have been so blessed to know you! What an awesome story behind that sweet dress!
Today I am thankful for the blessings that are my children. I am so grateful that God has provided for us and has allowed me to be a SAHM. Even though some days I think I'm gonna lose it, I am reminded that I am so, so blessed!
Thanks so much for being real and sharing your heart and your life with all of us who, even though we've never met you in person, consider you our friend! :)

Kelly,
I just wanted to thank you for prompting me to pray for someone in need on your prayer blog. I have chosen others from your blog in the past. I have been praying for a woman who just died from colon cancer, Kim, and for Kate McRae. After your prompting (on the last entry) God lead me to pray for Whitney. She is a 22 yr old that was in a coma after a car crash. Anyway, I was pleased to know that she is from IN too!
Your blog (and your dad's)helps me to be a better Christian. I appreciate the time that put into your entries and look forward to reading them everyday.
One other thing, you have encouraged me to blog! I am so happy to be taking pictures and adding them right away to a "scrapbook" of sorts.
I was lead to your blog, through my friend Tina, to pray for Harper and was hooked! I love watching her grow:)
Bless you for showing such Christian love and compassion daily,
Holly
I appreciate how thankful you are it is such a reminder to me when I start to take things for granted...we need to focus on our blessings more!!!
Hi Kelly! I LOVE your blog! I have commented a few times and started reading when Harper was born! You are such an amazing example of a child of God!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful family with all of us!!

Congrats on your 1000th post! I am most thankful today and everyday for my wonderful family and most of all my precious baby boy. He was born in January of this year with several complex congenital heart defects. He has a single ventricle heart (Hypoplastic Right Heart Syndrome)and has already undergone 2 open heart surgeries and will need a third surgery sometime next year. I am so thankful God has given me the gift of my son. Thanks for all the hard work you put into your blog.
I have been reading your blog since about January. I have a daugher who was born on March 20th. I've thorougly enjoyed reading your blog because I can look forward to what McKenna will be doing in a few months. McKenna can also be quite the high-maintenance baby and it has been nice to read that someone else is going through what I do! I am thankful for my high-maintenance, drama queen though!
Cheers from Mexico! Today I´m grateful for life, for my family, for my boyfriend, friends, etc...
I love your blog and Harper is the sweetest baby girl ever.
Hi Kelly! I'm coming to you from East Texas. I am originally from Magnolia and my Mother-in-Law works with Judy! I am thankful to the Lord for my daughter, Karis, who turned 2 yesterday! She was born with a heart defect, which was thankfully fully repaired through surgery. She is my miracle baby and I am eternally grateful to the Lord for her life!
Congratulations on 1000 posts.
I am thankful for this past weekend away with my boys. So nice.
I have left a comment or two and don't know you but we actually have a few common friends.
Anyway, I am thankful for my 2 daughters today. They are so much fun though challenging in this stage. I never want to lose sight of how thankful I am even when it is tough.
I found your blog from Kacy Murray (Well's mom... and Harper's future Mother-in-law LOL) She is my bestie from college. Your little Harper is precious!! I read your blog daily and pray that I too, will get to have a little one some day. My husband and I have been trying just a little over a year. He travels alot so we just have to be patient and know it will happen in God's time... and of course lots of prayer!!
I am thankful for lots of things, but today in particular I am thankful for lazy Sundays watching football, chocolate chip cookies (since i ate 6 today), and my dog Miss T (she keeps me company when my husband, her daddy, is out of town)
Congrats on you 1000th post and I have enjoyed your blog for over a year now!! I cried so much when Harper was born. I was obsessed cheking your blog and calling Kacy for updates. My husband thought I was crazy! I just wanted little Harper to be okay.
Hey Kelly, I read your blog every day and just LOVE it but think I've only commented once before. I'm so thankful for a family who loves me unconditionally, much like my Heavenly Father does, and for Him providing me with a job in the field I went to school for. God DOES love us sooo much!!

Kelly-

I do not usually comment, but I do visit your blog regularly. Today, I am thankful for a God who loves me and provides for me daily. Thank you for being a vessel that He can use.
In Him -
Anna
I don't comment very often but I am a very faithful reader.
I am thankful for my family and my husband, my God who always provides. The last few weeks/months haven't been easy but He is faithful - and we haven't starved yet. ;)
Your story about the dress gave me chills!!! God works in amazing ways!
Today I am especially thankful for my husband (we will celebrate our one year anniversary on the 20th!) and that God blessed us with the opportunity to buy our very first home, which is being built right now!! We feel very lucky and I am so grateful for His blessings!!
Hello from Nebraska! Harper is getting sooo big! I love the story behind her dress!
I am thankful for my loving husband and sweet children!
I started reading your blog right after Harper was born. Someone from The Nest posted your story and I have been hooked ever since.
I am thankful everyday for my wonderful, loving husband and my perfect baby girl.
You inspire me to be closer to God. I am thankful for that.
I am so thankful for my 3 little boys (ages 4, 2, and 9 months). They are the biggest blessing and the most challenging, too! They are each so amazingly unique and so close to each other. I couldn't ask for more!
I'm so thankful to finally know how much the Lord loves me. I asked Him the other day to tell me how much He loves me and what He shared with me was amazing. When the creator of the universe tells you He created it all for you. It's a very overwhelming moment.
I also wanted to express how much I enjoy reading your blog. I've never left a comment, but I appreciated you wanting to hear from us. Please continue your blog. It's a great encouragement to me. I get to stay home with my three girls and I share a car with my husband. So, we mostly only get out for church and errands at night. So reading blogs have become really special to me in this season of my life. Sorry, I know this is long, but I would love for you to meet my family. I feel like I know everything about yours:

I am thankful for you and your wonderful blog. I love to read it and cry or laugh. I am thankful for your faith and testimony which has brought me closer to God. I follow your blog, Kelly...all the way from North Dakota and have since January 09. Congrats on your 1000th post! I am full of thankfulness today for my family, my loving husband, three healthy children, for our little small town church where we had our fall Sunday school kick off today followed by a pot-luck and all of the people in our lives that we take for granted every day but are so impactful. God is good. Here is too another 1000 posts from you!
I am a new blogger and found your website right when I started. After one miscarriage my husband I tried for 2 1/2 years to get pregnant. We were blessed with our daughter Sarah-Scott last year and then when she was about 7 months old we were shocked to find out we were pregnant again. We have a baby boy due in Dec. I am so thankful for Gods plan for our family and his overflowing love and grace that he provides. Your blog is very uplifting and I love keeping track of little Harper...she is precious. You do a great job!!
Hi Kelly
I love your blog and I am SO happy for your cute family!! Harper is just too cute.
I am always the most thankful for my family. I had some fertility issues, but ended up with 4 babies! Oh, I love and enjoy them so much!! I am also very thankful for my husband who takes care of all of us!

Hello Kelly,
Congratulations on your 1000th post!! I try to read your blog a couple times a week. I am so thankful that our prayers were answered & that Harper is growing into such a beautiful little girl. I have 5 nieces, so I know how much fun little girls can be!
I'm a single woman prayerfully waiting for my Godly husband. You have given me hope & inspired me in so many ways. I want to thank you for everything - You'll never know how many lives you've touched or how many lives you've influenced with your blog. I'm reading all of the books that you recommended for us "single gals." Remember always - Who you are makes a difference!
Thank you & God bless,
Jaime
Love to hear that story about your daughter's dress! My husband and I have been praying and believing for a baby for almost a year now. Several months ago we purchased a little pair of baby girl and baby boy shoes. We know that one day God will give us a healthy baby to fill those shoes. :)

I love your blog! You are so uplifting! I am one of the "lurkers" lol
Long time lurker, but just for you...a comment! Only because you asked so nicely!! :)
I have so much to be thankful for...faith, family, health, happiness, and lots and lots of love!
Congrats on your 1000th post. I love your faith and family and that you so openly share it with all of us!
Hi Kelly!
Saying hello from central Texas...love your blog and your honesty.
I am so thankful for God's favor and healthy daughters!

Look at that big girl crawl!! Ever since Jackson has started crawling, life hasn't been the same! Nothing's better than having him crawl over to me or giggle as I get on the ground with him and chase him around the room.
I am so thankful for my sweet, sweet little boy. I have always thought that I would be a mother of girls, and I'm glad that God had other plans, because I love my handsome little son. I am also thankful for my wonderful husband who values our family above all else.
This week I am thankful for my 2 little girls. Emma age 3, and Megan age 5 months. Because 6 years ago after 2 miscarriages I was told on September 8th that my husband and I had a 10% chance of ever conceiving a child together, and that I may not ever be able to carry a baby to full term. The doctors didn't know who my Father was. Not only did God do it once, He did it TWICE!
I read your blog everyday during my kids nap time and I love seeing all of the pictures of Harper and hearing your stories about life as a new Mom.
I confess, I have been a long time lurker and no commenter (hides head in shame)! I am so thankful that we are allowed the freedom to worship however we choose!
Kelly, I just love reading your blog. You brighten my days with your love for God, your realness and adorable pictures of Harper! :)
I am so so thankful for the many specfic answers to prayer that God has given to me this year. He is amazing and does answer!
Hi, Kelly. I love reading your blog!! Today I am thankful for a great church!! I love the story about the dress!!
I am thankful for my family, for my little pumpkin Grace and our newest addition Hudson and for the many times I hear "mama, mama, mama" for it means I have healthy children and a strong bond with them. I'm also incredibly thankful for the relationship I have with my mother. Thank you for your inspiring blog and God bless you and your family!
You know I read! :o) Know that your blog ministered to so many. God has truly expanded your territory!
Harper is just darling and I LOVE that story. I am thankful for the wonderful sermon at our church this morning. The priest spoke about how having faith alone is not enough that faith without works is not enough. We cannot just pray for others or offer kind words...we need to DO for others. We need to show that we are Christians by our love. it was a good reminder to give more to those around me.

I'm Candise from Idaho; a LONG time reader...from pre-Harper days! My blog is private because of some adoption legal troubles, but I just know we would be great friends!
Last week, after a three year legal battle we were able to finalize our adoption. I have never felt so happy; or so grateful to God for the blessing of being a mother. I can't wait for another little angel to join our family!
Uh oh! Feeling convicted here because I haven't had a very thankful spirit lately. So, thanks for the reminder.
I am thankful for my 8-month old daughter who is beating the odds of infantile spasms by remaining seizure-free for 11 weeks and counting! She really is a miracle! And I'm thankful for so much support from family and friends through it all.
Hi Kelly,
My name's Yvonne, don't think I've commented before. Today I am thankful for health. Health of my kiddos, health of my husband and I. I am thankful for a God who listens to us and loves us unwaveringly. I am thankful for warm weather and family gatherings outside. Yay for Harper crawling!
