well Kelly, I love your whole house, I think it is beautiful and thank you for letting us see where you live! This has been so much fun! I did do the blog hop, it was a little overwhelming kind of. the linky thing was confusing at first, but I like it once I figured it out.

I am planning Olivia's 1st Birthday now. She will be one August 25th. I am doing a cupcake theme. I just started yesterday and I already have her outfit ordered, invitations bought and printed! Maybe I will participate next week.

You can use Mcklinky without us having the list on our blogs. Brent Riggs created that special link list for the blog hop. The regular mcklinky works just like mr. linky.

great job hostess! Our entryway is Plain jane and i haven't done much to it so I'm totally not posting :) I havent figured out the other blog stuff yet though. Working on it...
I used the new blog hop and found it to be very easy! It would probably help if you posted very simple direction on how to post the blog hop. The MckLinky directions are not very clear!!!
I did do the blog hop and while I finally figured it out, this format doesn't bother me either. I noticed on the blog hop that some posted their link without having figured out the linky thing so you still ended up having to go back to one that did. Either way is fine though and I'd try it again I think. Looking forward to next week and being able to already have pictures and not have to take pics. :)
I like the Mr. Linky better. I am very new to blogging but have loved being a part of your Friday tours! I'm not sure about how to do the code thing...I would love to keep participating with Mr. Linky though!
On the subject of the blog hop... I thought it was kind of cool, (I was a first timer), except I didn't get ONE hit, which really disappointed me (I was 290 on the list). I know I left comments on at least 30-40 blogs.

I finally thought I would join and now you are done.
I don't have a foyer/entry way so I can't do the tour this week. Bummer! Our door goes right into our living room and kitchen.
I'm not linking today, but I really liked the mcklinky. It was helpful to jump from page to page instead of returning to the host over and over. Also, I had great feedback from hoppers! :) I think there were almost 1000 hoppers, so it's safe to say that people are figuring out how to put code on their blogs. Happy Friday!
Hey Kelly I have enjoyed the home tours although I haven't participated! Too much cleaning and invovled for this girl! Ha! Anyway, I really liked the McLinky on the blog hop rather than having to keep coming back and trying to find my place. I love watching Harper grow my daughter is about 1 month older than her so it is fun! :)

I love your Friday Posts! They keep me entertained here in Rhode Island when I whave to work fridays and its dead slow and I just need to pass time. Its so interesting to see into other peoples lives. I love it! So much inspiration for when I have my own home and family some day=)

I don't have an entryway so I won't be participating this week but I can't wait until next week for the kids parties, I I have tons of my nephews 1st bithday. I did the blog hop and loved it. The only thing that was frustrating was people that didn't post the McLinky on their blog and then I had to go back to mine and start over.
I've really enjoyed participating and viewing these tours, thank you for doing this.
